Unluckily today we had some bad connection issues, so that we're not able to join a common room. hope we can repeat this in the coming days.
really nice to see taosd back after a long absence in juiced :) |

well, i never thought i'd be saying this any time real soon, but, it kinda felt good back on the juiced track. i know my driving aint improved that much, but it was still good fun.

taosd2006> Maybe if there's someway to direct ip? Yes, you can use Hamachi and then host a custom room in LAN mode, free from all gamespy-server sided issues. Unfortunately the room can not be set up to have collisions turned off between the drivers.. and that's why we should rather stick to the gamespy server imo.. ;) Usually we always find people which's room we all can join. Yesterday appeared to be different though. I had numerous connection abborts, only some people could join my room, I couldn't join Sporty or SpO0ky's room and so on. It never was that complicated before. Hopefully these issues will be gone tonight.. ;) |

gotcha m8. i had major difficulties connecting to servers too, so maybe it's a one night flaw.....
hopefully this time, u'll stay in 1st gear and let me catch up..........lol |

XD infact I start most of the cars in 2nd, some in 3rd. (more is better :pp) Nya, but seriously.. I tried to stay infront of you to guide you through the bends, showing the recommended line. But you overtook, so the thingy made no sense and I had to go quicker than 1st gear allows ;) Even though Juiced is an arcade racer, the line through the corners actually matters big time. Try to go from the outside of EVERY corner, then don't accelerate for now, roll to the inside of the corner, and slowly accerlerate out to the outer corner. Try to do that in each corner without hitting anything, and you'll be faster by miles already. :) |

Yes.. TS will be helpful. This way we can talk about what to do next, what to do if a problem occured and how we are going to work around it, etc. Also you can then hear some driving school'ish comments regarding cornering and shifting.. (IMG:style_emoticons/dark/;).gif)
